Back before we had Maya, I used to think that if I had a child, I’d never boast of her deeds like others seem to. I’d never prattle on endlessly boring every one in sight with her latest (mis)adventures. But I was wrong. I’m a father, just like everybody else.

Prometheus. What a mess of a movie. I went in memory of the original Alien, a chilling movie, one that held up to a few repeated viewing over the years.
